"I think you should be aware that your older customers do not use smart phones . We waited at the Ferry Terminal where every other taxi turned up but not ours. It is no good to find his messages on my iPad when I get home ! You were aware that we are both in our eighties. The driver was very pleasant but failed to know where the large Hancock Museum was and took us to the wrong place initially, he had been in Newcastle for 15 years ! We have already tipped him. "
