"I have requested a child seat through the online booking. The seat was confirmed, but the driver was not informed. We had to use a booster seat, which I later checked is not suitable for the height/weight of my toddler. The driver was very accommodating. He even offered to drive home and provide us with a seat he uses for his family.
There should be a better coordination between the booking system and the drivers."
